I will always turn to scripture when it comes to shutting down this reprobate nonsense of speaking gibberish to what the true meaning of speaking in tongues really is. To believe this verse is speaking to you about mumbling gibberish claiming that it comes from the Holy Spirit, that you received Through grace is actually Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit (The Burden Of The Lord). Most of you are to stupid to realize that the bible says you don't have the Spirit if you do not OBEY the FATHER. A majority of what I speak is this crazy nonsense language we call English, So if I were to be speaking in tongues, it would be equivalent to me all of the sudden speaking Spanish to a person who speaks that native language Spanish. How can anyone even think that another person would be able to translate that gibberish to a written, spoken language or text, YOU CAN'T, it is nothing more then nonsensical gibberish. It is referred to as Glossolalia (“speaking in tongues”) is a rhythmic utterance of pseudo-words without consistent semantic meaning and syntactic regularities and it can be compared to Schizophrenia and Schizophrenia can be linked to demon possession. The bible is clearly telling us that the language they spoke were from at least 15 different countries, no where does it say that they mumbled gibberish to one another so none could understand, What kind of Spirit would do that, It surely doesn't sound like the Holy Spirit I read about. The bible tells us this "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace". Peter is very clear on this as well, by his anger towards those men who claimed the Disciples were drunk. They clearly knew the men were speaking to them in their native tongues. These men were very amazed and confused at the same time as well as the whole group. You see, The Most high knew who was there and what languages had to be spoken to the large group from different nations.

Acts 2:1-15
1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, They (The disciples) were all Together with one accord (They All Followed The Law, The Prophets And Christ) in one place.
2 And SUDDENLY (happening or coming unexpectedly) there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled (to put into as much as can be held or conveniently contained) all the house where they were sitting (THE FIRE OF SPIRIT OF TRUTH/HOLY SPIRIT).
3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues (cleft; split; divided) like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4 And they were ALL FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST, AND BEGAN TO SPEAK IN OTHER TONGUES, as the Spirit gave them utterance (power, style, or manner of speaking).
5 AND THERE DWELLING IN JERUSELUEM JEWS, DEVOUT MEN,
OUT OF EVERY NATION UNDER HEAVEN.
6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded (See Confused; disoriented with regard to one's sense of time, place, or identity), because that
EVERY MAN HEARD THEM SPEAK THIER OWN LANGUAGE.

ARE NOT ALL THESE THAT SPEAK GALILIAN?
8 AND HOW HEAR WE EVERY MAN IN OUR OWN TONGUE,
WHEREIN WE (All those NATIONS mentioned below) WERE BORN?(They are telling you that they were speaking their language and were confused by it)
9 Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,
10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,
11 Crete's and Arabians, WE DO HEAR THEM SPEAK IN OUR OWN TONGUES
the wonderful WORKS OF AHAYAH.
12 And THEY WERE ALL AMAZED, and were in doubt ( to call into question the truth of) ( Still Confused to what's going on), saying one to another, WHAT MEANETH THIS (THEY were more confused then YOU)?
13 Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine
(They accused them of being drunk at the 3rd hour of the day A.M).
14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice (He was angry at them), and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea(The Fake Jews, The real Jews and Gentiles Alike), and ALL YE (Everyone) that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:
15 For these ARE NOT DRUNKEN, as ye suppose, SEEING IT IS YET BUT THE 3RD HOUR OF THE DAY.
